My best friend Jenny got married to her now husband Anwar yesterday (08/08/08). The wedding day was supposed to be sweet and simple - just a courthouse ceremony in Santa Ana, CA. Well, the small gathering wasn’t quite as small as Jen and I had originally thought (not too much bigger though), but everyone had a great time together enjoying the special day. Another unexpected surprise occurred at her “low-key” wedding - there was a news crew present (KCAL 9/CBS 2) and they decided to do a story on Jen and Anwar’s wedding!
