My name is Steph and my boyfriend is named Wes. Our friend started us on this habit of photographing our meals before digging in, and we realized as we looked over these pics that every meal encompassed so much more than simply filling our stomachs. Meals are so central to our daily lives; a place to connect, reminisce, and enjoy the company at hand.

Mini Pizzas Round Two
This was our second attempt at mini pizzas. They came out looking a little bit better, and still tasting great with minimal calories. One pizza, which in reality is a 10x giant bagel bite, is about 180 calories consisting of a 1/2 slice Oroweat sandwich thin (50 cal), 1/4 cup shredded mozarella cheese (80 cal), 1/4 cup pizza sauce (30 cal), and six slices of turkey pepperoni (20 cal). They come out to be 5” personal sized pizzas, and six of them make a pretty good meal (ed: for Wes).
